Slip of a female hiker in the Kamniška Bela Valley

Yesterday at 15:53 in the Kamnik Alps, in the Kamniška Bela Valley, municipality of Kamnik, a woman slipped on rocky terrain while descending off-trail. She came to a stop 50 meters lower, severely injured to the head and unconscious. Rescuers from GRS Kamnik, with the help of a Slovenian Army helicopter, provided care to the injured woman and transported her to the University Medical Centre Ljubljana, but she unfortunately succumbed to her injuries during transport.
