Spring daily cycles, possibility of triggering loose slab avalanches.
The old snowpack is mostly well bonded and stable, exceptions are some shaded aspects above 1800 m.

On a clear night the snowpack surface will freeze superficially. In the morning it will soon crust over and remain soft until night.
Ridges are already quite bare even in the high mountains.

In the old snowpack snow layers are mostly well bonded together. More or less deep below the surface there are several weak layers of facets and rounded grains, more frequent on sun-exposed slopes above 1800 m.

Weather
On Saturday mostly clear. During the day cumulus cloudiness will form covering the summits. At midday the temperature at 1500 m around 9, at 2500 m around 1 °C.

Outlook
Sunday morning still sunny, midday clouding over.
