Danger patterns
dp.10: spring conditions
Upon clearing, the snow cover will freeze more noticeably overnight. During the day, the snow will soften again. The zero isotherm will rise during the day to an altitude of around 2400 m.

In recent days, 5 to 10 cm of new snow has fallen above around 2000 m. The precipitation during showers was uneven.

Ridges are already quite bare even in the high mountains.

In the old snow cover, the snow layers are mostly well bonded. Individual weak layers of graupel and faceted grains appear more or less deep below the surface, more frequent on sunny slopes above 1800 m.

Weather
On Friday it will be mostly clear, only some cumulus clouds will form during the day. Mostly light wind from northern directions will blow. It will be even warmer. At midday, the temperature will be around 11°C at 1500 m, around 2°C at 2500 m.

Outlook
At the end of the week it will be mostly clear and warmer each day.

The snow cover will be hard and frozen in the morning. During the day, however, it will soften somewhat again. Especially in the high mountains, where there is still some unprocessed snow, occasional slush snow avalanches are possible.
