Today at 13:17 below the ridge of Mount Črna Prst, Municipality of Tolmin, a touring skier fatally fell. Mountain rescuers of GRS Tolmin lowered him using rope technique from the steep gully to the forest clearing and carried him to the settlement of Kal, where they handed him over to the municipal service.
