Dol pri Ljubljani, July 4, 2018 – Company JUB will begin the colorful renovation of the exterior facade and interior spaces of the Triglav Hut at Kredarica this Saturday, July 7, with work running from morning to evening and expected to be completed by Monday, July 9. Following consultations with representatives of the Ljubljana – Matica Mountaineering Association, which manages the hut at Kredarica, and based on the latest data from the Slovenian Environment Agency indicating favorable weather for painting works only from Saturday onward, 20 JUB employees will renovate around 800 square meters of wooden and other wall surfaces in three days as part of the With JUBIN to the Top of Slovenia campaign. This will surely delight especially those mountain visitors who head to our highest mountain hut at the start of the mountaineering season, which has not had a general renovation since 1984.
Mountain lovers will thus enjoy wonderful views of the Julian Alps along with greater comfort in the renovated mountain hut, which can shelter up to 300 visitors at once, as it urgently needs a thorough renovation after more than three decades.
JUB has secured the necessary coatings
from the JUBIN family for renovating the wooden surfaces of the Triglav Hut at Kredarica with the help of its customers, and supplied paints
from the JUPOL family for the wall surfaces, including emulsions, leveling compounds, and mold remediation products. The colorful refresh of the exterior and interior surfaces in the hut, to be carried out by
JUB employees, is to be
completed in three days. Tomaž Willenpart, president of the Ljubljana – Matica Mountaineering Association, who is thrilled about the hut renovation, announces that they will also handle the transport of all necessary coatings, paints, and other tools to Kredarica.
To all mountain lovers, especially those who contributed a pot of paint for the Kredarica renovation by purchasing a JUBIN product in June, the organizers report that the renovation campaign can be actively followed on the

Kredarica webcam.
