Due to strong winds in recent weeks, extensive windthrows have occurred in several areas. Several hiking trails are closed due to fallen trees. We publish the list below.

Brezovica pri Črmošnjicah - Škrilj - Mirna gora
WARNING FOR THE TRAIL TO DONAČKA GORA:
Rudijev dom - Donačka gora
After prolonged periods of strong wind, especially when windthrows have occurred in forests, hanging fallen trees and dangling broken branches continue to endanger forest visitors for a long time. In the days following the windy period, we recommend not venturing into forests affected by the windthrow. If you do, be even more careful of hanging trees and branches. If you encounter a damaged or tree-blocked hiking trail, you can report it via the maPZS app.
NOTICE TO HIKING TRAIL USERS: We recommend that hiking trail users check the actual condition of the trails in advance on the website stanje-poti.pzs.si, at the nearest mountain hut, or with the local mountaineering association. If you notice damage to hiking trails or their inadequate maintenance (faded markers, overgrowth, etc.), please send a message to poskodbe.poti@pzs.si, specifying which trail the deficiency was observed on, describe the deficiency, and if possible, attach a photo.
WARNING: Users use hiking trails at their own risk. Hiking trail users must act responsibly and considerately towards others when using the trails, so as not to endanger or injure themselves or others. The user is obliged to use the hiking trail in such a way that no damage is caused to it, the land through which it passes, other properties, and the fauna and flora along it. It is prohibited to restrict access to hiking trails, damage, remove, or destroy markers, signposts, boxes, safety equipment, and other signs, or use unmarked shortcuts.
