Beerensattel is a saddle at an altitude of 1434 meters in the mountain group Totes Gebirge. The saddle is located 3 km west-southwest of peak Großer Wildenkogel and south-southwest above the mountain pasture Schwarzenbergalm. The nearest mountain hut is Ischler Hütte, located 0.5km northeast. Hinteralm (Schönalm) is a bit further away. 6 km south-southeast of the saddle there is lake Altausseer See. The saddle is located above the valley Rettenbachtal.
