Description:
Foran de la Grave is a saddle at an altitude of 1735 meters located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The saddle to which the marked trail leads is located 1.9 km north of peak Jôf di Montasio. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Fratelli Grego, located 1.9km east-northeast. Even closer is bivouac Ricovero Köpfach, which is located 0.6km to the northeast. East-northeast of the saddle is the valley Valbruna.
