Description:
Forca sopra Poviz is a saddle at an altitude of 2255 meters located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Slovenia and the country of Italy. The nearest mountain hut is Dom Petra Skalarja, located 3km southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Bivacco Modonutti-Savoia, which is located 1.8km to the northeast. The saddle is located above the valley Krnica.
