Forcella Jau de la Tana is a saddle at an altitude of 2650 meters located in the Dolomites mountain range. The saddle is located in country Italy 8 km northwest from the center of Grea and 8 km north-northwest from the center of Calalzo di Cadore. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Chiggiato, located 3km south-southeast. Closer is bivouac Bivacco Rifugio Tiziano, which is located 1.8km to the northwest. 7 km southwest from the saddle there is glacier Ghiacciaio dell'Antelao.
