Forcella Lavinal di Palas is a saddle at an altitude of 2049 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle is located 4 km southwest from the center of Forni di Sopra and 9 km west from the center of Forni di Sotto and 4 km north of peak Monte Pramaggiore. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Nino Flaiban e Fabio Pacherini, located 2km south-southeast. Closer is bivouac Cason di Campuros, which is located 0.7km to the southwest. The saddle is located above the valley Val Meluzzo.
