Forcella Luisa Ovest is a saddle at an altitude of 2287 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle is located 1.6 km west-southwest of peak Monte Franza. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Monte Ferro, located 3km south-southeast. A little further is Monte Siera. West-southwest of the saddle is the valley Val Visdende.
