Description:
Hochgräntenjoch - Sella di Nemes is a saddle at an altitude of 2429 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Rinfreddo, located 3km south-southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Unterstand "Hochgränten", which is located 0.8km to the north-northwest. The monument Kriegerfriedhof is also located near the saddle. The saddle is located above the valley Hollbrucker Tal.
