Kronenjoch is a saddle at an altitude of 2974 meters and is part of the Silvretta Alps. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Switzerland. The nearest mountain hut is Jamtalhütte, located 5km west-northwest. A little further is bivouac Ehemalige Zollwachhütte. 2 km west from the saddle there is glacier Futschölferner, 4 km west-southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Vadret da Chalaus. West of the saddle is the valley Jamtal.
