Laußnitzhöhe is a saddle at an altitude of 1695 meters and is part of the Gurktal Alps. The saddle is located in country Austria 4 km east-northeast from the center of Frankenberg and 5 km south-southwest from the center of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau. The nearest mountain hut is Neue Bonner Hütte, located 0.6km southeast. Obere Pindlalmhütte is a bit further away. West of the saddle is the valley Katschtal.
