Mangart Saddle

Description:
Mangart Saddle is a saddle at an altitude of 2166 meters located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Slovenia and the country of Italy. The nearest mountain hut is Koča na Mangrtskem sedlu, located 1.1km southwest. Even closer is bivouac Bivacco Fratelli Nogara, which is located 0.5km to the east-northeast. The saddle to which the marked path leads is located above the valley Valle della Lavina.
