Passo Diciotto is a saddle at an altitude of 2572 meters. The saddle is located 1.0 km north of peak Monte Boia. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Trivena, located 15km northeast. Closer is bivouac Casine de Pere, which is located 5km to the southeast. 1.5 km north-northeast of the saddle there is lake Lago Nero. The saddle is located above the valley Valle Aperta.
