Description:
Untere Lainkarscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2325 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 0.7 km south-southeast of peak Palfner Seekogel. The nearest mountain hut is Graukogel Bergstation, located 3km north-northwest. Closer is Radeckalm, which is located 2km to the south. East of the saddle there is lake Gamskarlsee. 4 km east from the saddle there is glacier Tischlerkarkees, 4 km east-southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Grubenkarkees. East of the saddle is the valley Kleinelendtal.
