Vigiljoch - Monte San Virgilio is a saddle at an altitude of 1747 meters and is part of the Ortler Alps. The saddle is located 1.7 km southeast from the center of Aschbach - Riolagundo and 5 km west from the center of Tscherms - Cermes. The nearest mountain hut is Schutzhütte Nasereit - Rifugio Nasereit, located 9km north-northwest. Closer is bivouac Wieser-Hütte, which is located 4km to the east-northeast. South-southeast of the saddle is the valley Ultental - Val d'Ultimo.
