Welzescharte

Description:
Welzescharte is a saddle at an altitude of 1750 meters located in the Karawanks mountain range. The saddle to which the marked trail leads is located 0.5 km north-northwest of peak Košutnikov turn / Koschutnikturm near the border with Slovenia. The nearest mountain hut is Planina Dolga njiva, located 1.3km south-southeast. Grosalm is a bit further away. The saddle is located northwest of the valley Makekova kočna. The saddle is located below Košuta.
