Bannwald

Description:
Bannwald is 701 meter high peak and is part of the Gurktal Alps. The peak is located 1.4 km northeast from the center of Pörtschach am Wörthersee and 1.9 km southwest from the center of Moosburg. The nearest mountain hut is Vinzenz Perdacher Hütte, located 11km west-southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Musikpavillon, which is located 2.0km to the south-southwest. The peak is located southeast of the valley Ossiacher Seetal.
