Description:
Cima del Purgatorio is 2245 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 3 km northeast from the center of Vigo di Cadore and 5 km northeast from the center of Pelos di Cadore. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio "Tenente Giuseppe Fabbro", located 7km east-southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Bivacco Angelo Ursella Mario Zandonella, which is located 1.9km to the east-southeast. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Val Pesarina.
