Col delle Poiatte is 1344 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 3 km northwest from the center of Longhere and 3 km north from the center of Revine. The nearest mountain hut is 5º Artiglieria Alpina, located 4km northeast. A bit closer is bivouac Bivacco Pian dei Grassi, which is located 0.9km to the east. 7 km east-northeast of the peak there is lake Lago Morto. Southeast of the summit is the valley Val Lapisina.
