Description:
Colle di Fontanabona is 1745 meter high peak located in the Dolomites mountain range. The peak is located 4 km south-southwest from the center of Auronzo di Cadore and 4 km north-northwest from the center of Lozzo di Cadore and 1.1 km west of peak Col Vidal. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Ciaréido, located 1.6km west-southwest. And bivouac Bivacco Fanton is also close by. West of the summit is the valley Valle di San Vito.
