Description:
Die Röten is 819 meter high peak in the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located 5 km south-southwest from the center of Frankenmarkt and 6 km south-southeast from the center of Pöndorf. The nearest mountain hut is Kienbergerhütte, located 18km south-southeast. A bit closer is Waldaphotheke, which is located 1.2km to the east-southeast. 7 km west-southwest of the peak there is lake Irrsee. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Klausbach.
