Ferrakogel is 566 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 0.8 km east from the center of Pirkdorf/Breška vas and 0.8 km west from the center of Feistritz ob Bleiburg/Bistrica pri Pliberku. The nearest mountain hut is Wackendorfer Alm, located 5km south-southwest. A little further is Krischahütte (Jhtt). South-southwest of the summit is the valley Logarska dolina.
