Description:
Gampenkogel is 1957 meter high peak and is part of the Kitzbühel Alps. The peak is located 4 km northwest from the center of Aschau and 5 km southeast from the center of Westendorf and 3 km north of peak Brechhorn and severo-severowest above the mountain pasture Streitschlagalm. The nearest mountain hut is Kobingerhütte, located 2.0km northeast. A little further is Radunterstellplatz. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Spertental.
