Description:
Gamsalplspitze is 2344 meter high peak in the Gailtal Alps. The peak is located 4 km east-southeast from the center of Thal and 5 km southwest from the center of Leisach-Gries and 2 km west of peak Spitzkofel. The nearest mountain hut is Linderhütte, located 2km east. A little further is hunting cottage Engelhornhütte (Jagdhütte). The peak is located above the valley Hochpustertal - Alta Pusteria.
