Geißspitz

Description:
Geißspitz is 565 meter high peak and is part of the Prealps East of the Mur. The peak is located in country Austria 2 km east from the center of Forchtenstein-Rosalia and 2 km south-southwest from the center of Forchtenstein. The nearest mountain hut is Haus Eisensteinhöhle, located 21km northwest. A bit closer is bivouac Josef Pinter Gedenkstätte, which is located 3km to the north. The peak is located east-northeast of the valley Ofenbachgraben.
