Description:
Hackenberg is 306 meter high peak and is part of the Vienna Woods. The peak is located 0.9 km south-southwest of peak Schenkenberg. The nearest mountain hut is Kammersteinerhütte, located 16km south-southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Salettl, which is located 2km to the southeast. Northeast of the summit is the valley Wiener Pforte.
