Hartkaiser

Description:
Hartkaiser is 1555 meter high peak and is part of the Kitzbühel Alps. The peak is located 3 km southwest from the center of Ellmau and 4 km south-southeast from the center of Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser. The nearest mountain hut is Berg- und Skiheim, located 4km south. A bit closer is Reschl-Hochalm Hütte, which is located 2km to the west-northwest. 7 km northwest of the peak there is lake Hintersteiner See. The peak is located north above the mountain pasture Hartkaseralm. Northwest of the summit is the valley Sölllandl and north above the mountain pasture Hartkaseralm.
