Hintere Schöntaufspitze - Punta Beltovo di Dentro is 3325 meter high peak and is part of the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 2 km south-southwest of peak Plattenspitze/Punta delle Laste. The nearest mountain hut is Hintergrathütte - Rifugio del Coston, located 4km west. Closer is Schaubachhütte - Rifugio Città di Milano, which is located 3km to the west-southwest. 3 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Rosimferner - Vedretta di Rosim, 4 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Suldenferner - Vedretta di Solda.
