Hochjoch is 2520 meter high peak with a cross and a summit register in the Verwall Alps. The peak is located 4 km south-southeast from the center of Silbertal and 5 km southeast from the center of Dälma. The nearest mountain hut is Wormser Hütte, located 1.1km west-southwest. Obere Wasserstubenalpe is also relatively close. 0.7 km west-northwest of the peak there is lake Schwarzsee. The peak is located south of the valley Silbertal.
