Hochkogel

Description:
Hochkogel is 1486 meter high peakon which a cross stands in the Upper Austrian Prealps. The peak is located in country Austria 2 km south-southeast of peak Traunstein. The nearest mountain hut is Gasselhütte, located 3km south. A bit closer is Jagdhütte, which is located 1.4km to the north-northwest. West-southwest of the summit is the valley Weißenbachtal.
