Description:
Hochkogl is 662 meter high peak in the Upper Austrian Prealps. The peak is located 0.4 km north from the center of Kogl and 1.5 km west-northwest from the center of Hagenmühle. The nearest mountain hut is Gmundner Hütte, located 10km south-southwest. Closer is bivouac Haltestelle Falkenohren, which is located 4km to the north.
