Description:
Hochthron is 1571 meter high peak and is part of the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located 1.3 km north-northeast of peak Holzeck. The nearest mountain hut is Posch'nhütte, located 1.8km south-southwest. Rollehütte is also relatively close. The peak is located southwest of the valley Klausbach.
