Description:
Höhensteineck is 1098 meter high peak in the Ybbstal Alps. The peak is located 2 km south from the center of Zogelsgraben and 3 km east from the center of Schwarzois. The nearest mountain hut is Prochenberghütte, located 5km northwest. A bit closer is Mühlhäusl, which is located 4km to the north-northwest. The peak is located north of the valley Kothbergtal. The peak is located on the ridge Wülfaberge.
