Hohes Eck is 1270 meter high peak and is part of the mountain group Totes Gebirge. The peak is located 13 km north-northeast of Grundlsee and 14 km east-southeast of Roith. The nearest mountain hut is Rinnerhütte, located 5km west. A bit closer is Jhtt., which is located 0.8km to the northeast. The peak is located east-northeast of the valley Rettenbachtal.
