Description:
Markbachjoch is 1496 meter high peak and is part of the Kitzbühel Alps. The peak is located 2 km east-northeast of peak Rosskopf. The nearest mountain hut is Rahmhof, located 5km north-northeast. A bit closer is Obere Hämmermoosalm, which is located 3km to the south-southwest. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Kelchsau.
