Medvižica

Description:
Medvižica is 1087 meter high peak. The peak to which the marked trail leads is located 1.5 km north-northeast from the center of Vodice and 2 km south from the center of Golac near the border with Croatia. The nearest mountain hut is Planinarski dom Žbevnica, located 6km southwest. Closer is bivouac Kjukar's log cabin, which is located 3km to the south-southwest. West-northwest of the summit is the valley Valle dell'Ospo.
