Miesenberg is 785 meter high peak and is part of the Vienna Woods. The peak is located 1.6 km west-northwest from the center of St. Corona am Schöpfl and 3 km east-southeast from the center of Klamm. The nearest mountain hut is Schöpfl-Schutzhaus, located 1.9km north-northeast. And bivouac Erlebnisweg Peilstein is also close by. South of the summit is the valley Triestingtal.
