Monte Fagiola Vecchia is 1121 meter high peak. The peak is located in country Italy 3 km west-northwest from the center of Casteldelci and 3 km northeast from the center of Balze. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Biancaneve, located 4km west. A little further is bivouac Bivacco Nasseto. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Valmarecchia.
