Monte Frissèch is 1939 meter high peak in the mountain group Prealpi Gardesane. The peak is located in country Italy 5 km west-southwest from the center of Cavrasto and 5 km southeast from the center of Tione di Trento. The nearest mountain hut is malga Cogorna, located 3km southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Malga Meda, which is located 2km to the southwest. The peak is located above the valley Val Marcia.
