Muttakopf is 2525 meter high peak and is part of the Samnaun Alps. The peak is located 1.8 km north-northeast from the center of Spiss and 7 km west from the center of Pfunds. The nearest mountain hut is Kobler Alm, located 3km east-southeast. A little further is bivouac Labaun Hochleger. Southeast of the summit is the valley Oberinntal.
