Oisternig Ostgipfel is 2032 meter high peak with a cross and a summit register located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Wirtshaus Starhand, located 1.9km west-southwest. Almgasthof Poludnig Alm is a bit further away. South of the summit is the valley Valle Filza and a marked path leads to the top.
