Östliche Eisentaler Spitze is 2753 meter high peak with a cross in the Verwall Alps. The peak is located 2 km west of peak Pflunspitzen. The nearest mountain hut is Neue Reutlinger Hütte, located 1.3km east-southeast. A little further is Obere Wasserstubenalpe. East-northeast from the summit there is glacier Östlicher Eisentaler Gletscher. The peak is located south-southeast of the valley Klostertal.
