Pižornov vrh is 524 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 1.7 km east-southeast from the center of Rečica ob Paki and 2 km northeast from the center of Zgornje Gorče and 1.2 km south of peak Gora Oljka. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom na Gori Oljki, located 1.3km north. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska koča na Bezovcu. Northeast of the summit is the valley Mislinjski jarek.
