Preiner Wand

Description:
Preiner Wand is 1783 meter high peak with a cross and is part of the Rax-Schneeberg Group. The peak is located 4 km northwest from the center of Prein an der Rax and 5 km west from the center of Edlach an der Rax. The nearest mountain hut is Neue Seehütte, located 0.8km west-northwest. A little further is Raxgmoahütte. The monument Grete Gmeindl is also located near the top. The peak is located above the valley Griesleitengraben.
