Rauhegg is 1681 meter high peak. The peak is located 4 km east of peak Guffertspitze and north above the mountain pasture Neubergalm. The nearest mountain hut is Gufferthütte, located 6km northwest. A bit closer is Schwendter-Bairach Alm, which is located 5km to the north. The peak is located in the valley Unterinntal.
