Riedkopf is 2551 meter high peakon which a cross stands in the mountain group Rätikon. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Switzerland. The nearest mountain hut is Madrisahütte, located 4km southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Unterstandshuette, which is located 1.1km to the south-southwest. North-northwest of the summit is the valley Gauertal.
